Baker Public Relations Evolves into The Baker Agency, Expanding as a Full-Service Integrated Communications Powerhouse Across Three Locations

ALBANY, N.Y. – Baker Public Relations, a full-service, woman-owned public relations agency rooted in Albany and serving clients across Upstate New York and beyond, announced today that it has rebranded to The Baker Agency. The new identity underscores the firm’s evolution over nearly two decades from a traditional PR firm focused on earned media to a leading communications and marketing partner, offering an expanded suite of services including media relations, social media, video production, digital marketing, design, event planning, public affairs, advertising and crisis communications.

Along with its new name, The Baker Agency also unveiled a new logo, a new tagline of “Where brands and stories come to life” and a revamped website that showcases the firm’s full range of client offerings and articulates its brand, mission, vision, values and strategic approach to client success.

A standout example of The Baker Agency’s impact on the Capital Region is its work with the Albany Capital Center (ACC), a client since 2016—prior to the venue’s opening.
